Safaricom wins Naming & Branding Rights
The Sports Stadia Management Board (SSMB) has awarded Safaricom the naming rights for the Main Stadium and Indoor Arena within Moi International Sports Complex, Kasarani in a two year deal.
In the historic partnership, the stadium will adopt the name Safaricom Stadium Kasarani-Home of Heroes while the adjacent Indoor Arena will be branded the Safaricom Indoor Arena.
The Safaricom Stadium Kasarani and Safaricom Indoor Arena were unveiled officially on the 4th of this month in an event that was graced by Sports Commisioner Gordon Oluoch and other senior stakeholders in the sports sector. During the event, the SSMB team and Safaricom showcased the refurbished and upgraded dressing rooms among other features that have been improved at the stadium.
